The Wauseon Fall Fest took place in downtown Wauseon on Saturday, November 5th. The Fall Fest was put together this year by Becky and Jake Flores, of the Bargain Bin, in order to promote a community spirit and bring people to the downtown area.

This year’s Fall Fest saw numerous craft vendors selling all kinds of items. A chili cook also took place with bowls of chili being available by donation.

Other food items were attainable such as hot dogs, snacks, pop and of course Biggby Coffee.

Kids crafts, face painting and games like hay bale tic tac toe were open for everyone. Live music was available by 5th Ace during the event as well.

The event drew in a lot of people, and it is Becky Flores’s hope that it will only continue to grow.

“We wanted to do something downtown to bring more people here. We are trying to liven up downtown which will help to bring more businesses here.”

“People can come and have fun and see that there are things that are here now that weren’t a few years ago.”

“I am stoked to do this every year if it works out and I am excited to bring things like this back to Wauseon.”

“We were able to get quite a few sponsors and we want to thank every single one of them,” said Becky Flores.
