Swanton 56 Archbold 44

ARCHBOLD – Luc Borojevich nailed five three-pointers, made nine free throws and poured in 28 points to lead Swanton (14-4, 2-3 NWOAL) past Archbold 56-44 at The Thunderdome.

Hayden Callicotte hit two treys of his own and had 10 markers on the night. Cade Brenner netted 17 for the Bluestreaks (9-9, 3-2) and Chase Miller added 10.

WEST UNITY – Stryker jumped to an 18-3 lead after one quarter to roll past Hilltop and setup a showdown with Pettisville next week for first place in the BBC.


Elijah Juillard led eight Panthers (11-8, 6-0 BBC) in the scoring column with 13 and Michael Donovan had 10. Aiden Funkhouser tallied four points for the Cadets (4-14, 0-6) in the setback.

FAYETTE – The visiting Tigers (3-14, 2-3 BBC) rallied by outscoring Fayette 31-16 over the final three quarter to erase a 16-4 deficit to get a 35-32 win.

Wyatt Mitchell had four field goals for eight points to lead the Eagles (8-11, 2-4) in scoring.

PETTISVILLE – The Blackbirds overcame a 26% shooting night from the floor by dominating Montpelier (7-11, 3-3 BBC) on the boards 39-20 and holding a 22-6 edge at the charity stripe to remain perfect in the BBC.

Cayden Jacoby posted a double-double for Pettisville (13-6, 6-0) with 19 points and 20 rebounds.


Garrett Walz had five buckets for 10 points to pace the Locos.
