The Williams County Commissioners kept their agenda for their 9 a.m. general session short, with the approval of three resolutions, the minutes from the July 27 session as presented, and the bills as presented by the county auditor.
Resolution 23-0235 approved supplemental appropriations to Williams County Hillside Country Living for expenses, Resolution 23-0236 approved an amendment to an agreement between Shalom Counseling & Mediation Services and Williams County Job & Family Services to adjust the term through September of 2023.
Resolution 23-0237 awarded a bid to Tenmile Creek Excavating for the reclamation of County Road 22 in Springfield Township.
The bid was $785,400.85 with an additional alternative option (Additive Alternate #1) for $118,748.
