CHAOS TO ORDER … After her Fortune 500 employer of more than 20 years had a reduction in force last fall, Heather Schneider was looking for a way to keep busy and get ready for Christmas by thrifting and making some things when her friends asked her – why not open your own store? The fruition of those efforts, Curated Chaos, held a ribbon cutting and grand opening Saturday at its 111 S. Main Street location in Swanton. The shop, which features everything from vintage clothing to jewelry, concert tees to candles, and books to furniture. Schneider is planning to have open hours on Saturdays and on a pop-up basis for several months while she attends to other engagements, but hopes to change to regular hours as soon as her calendar clears. For more information and current hours, visit Curated Chaos LLC on Facebook.
