FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Approve Numerous Contracts On Behalf Of JFS

The Fulton County Commissioners held two meetings this past week. These meetings were held on Tuesday, January 21st and Thursday, January 23rd. Both meetings began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

During each of the meetings, Commissioners moved to approve minutes from the prior meeting before, along with the current day’s agenda and approval of the bills.

Guidelines for CDBG funding were also discussed during the January 21st meeting. The following items were also approved by the commissioners.

January 21st
-Resolution 2025-055 Approve Appropriations Requests for Various Departments.

-Resolution 2025-056 Amend Policy for Sending Flowers and Memorials.

-Resolution 2025-057 Set Date for County Auction.

-Resolution 2025-058 Approve Oversight of Contract 2025-11 with Common Pleas Court on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-059 Approve Oversight of Contract 2025-12 with Stephen Hallett on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-060 Approve Oversight of Amendment #2 to Contract 2023-10 with Health Department on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-061 Approve Oversight of Amendment #1 to Contract 2024-28 with Quadco Rehabilitation Center on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-062 Approve Oversight of Amendment #1 to Contract with Ohio Teaching Family Association on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-063 Approve Oversight of Amendment #1 to Contract with Adriel School on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-064 Enter Into Contract 2025-13 with Owens Community College on behalf of sheriff.

-Resolution 2025-065 Approve Oversight of Contract 2025-14 with Board of DD on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-066 Approve Addendum to Lease Agreement with Board of DD.

-Resolution 2025-068 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

January 23rd
-Resolution 2025-071 Approve Appropriations Requests for Various Departments.

-Resolution 2025-072 Approve Change Order #6 to Contract 2022-87 with Peterson Construction for Water Booster Station Pump Upgrade.

-Resolution 2025-073 Authorize Board President to Execute FY 2025 Airport Infrastructure Grant Pre-Application.

-Resolution 2025-074 Enter Into Contract 2025-15 with Ohio Historic Preservation Office for CDBG Grant.

-Resolution 2025-075 Enter Into Contract 2025-16 with Motorola Solutions on behalf of sheriff.

-Resolution 2025-076 Enter Into Contract 2025-17 with Central Square Technologies on behalf of sheriff.

-Resolution 2025-077 Approve Oversight of Amendment #2 to Contract 2023-35 with Renhill HR on Demand on behalf of JFS.

-Resolution 2025-078 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.
