The Bryan Rotary Club held their annual casino night fundraising event on Saturday, April 26, 2025 beginning at 5:00 p.m.
The event took place at the Bryan Eagles Hall and allowed those who purchased a ticket to play some casino-style games, such as blackjack and poker, and enter to win big prizes.
This year, the primary beneficiary is the Williams County YMCA. The proceeds of this fundraiser will go towards building a gymnastics/ ninja course to promote individuals to stay active in order to prevent increasing obesity rates in the United States.
Along with the casino game tables, there were also live and silent auctions happening throughout the night. Along with the admission price, event goers could also enjoy dinner and beverages. Food was served hot, and drinks were served cold.
A few of the top sponsors of the event included many big names known to Bryan, such as Spangler Candy Company, F&M Bank, and Bard Manufacturing.
Some of the top prizes included a one week vacation stay at popular destinations around the world sponsored by Coldwell Banker Classic Properties, a luxury massage chair sponsored by Bryan Home Center, and a 70 inch flat screen TV sponsored by Newcomer Farms.
Other amazing prizes included four Toledo Mud Hens suite tickets sponsored by WesBanco, a VIP Spangler Candy Company tour for up to 6 people, including a gift basket sponsored by Spangler Candy Company, a local shooting range experience sponsored by Damian Dorsten, three rounds of golf at Inverness Club, Toledo sponsored by Lars Ellers, an F&M bag of goods with four tickets to the Detroit Tigers vs. Toronto Blue Jays game, 4 tickets to the University of Michigan vs. CMU football game sponsored by Andres, O’Neil, and Lowe Agency, and a plane ride for four over Northwest Ohio with pilot Brent Wilson sponsored by Jason Dietsch Trailer Sales and Service and BJ Wilson Enterprises, LLC.
Many members of the community came out with family and friends to support a good cause while having a fun evening. The event was another success this year.
