Bridgewater Township Trustees reviewed second quarter financials during their regular meeting held July 15, 2026, including funding for a new township sign and pavement repairs.

Trustees Mike Elser, Brandon Hinkle, Austin Rummel, and Fiscal Officer Nicki Cogswell were in attendance.

A resolution was authorized for transferring funds to cover an auditing service. Additionally, a purchase order totaling $4,773 to the State Auditor’s Office was approved.

In other financial business, Trustees approved a resolution accepting the tax amounts and rates certified by the Williams County Budget Commission. The Board also completed its review and audit of the township’s second quarter financial statements.

Drainage improvements along County Road Q-50 were discussed, but no final action was made regarding the next step forward.

An order was placed with Twisted Roots Metal Works in the amount of $1,000 for a new sign for the township. Another purchase order was placed with JB Pavement Repair in the amount of $5,000.

With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:31 p.m.
