On September 19, 2016, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.
Nathan L. Whitehead, age 27, of Archbold, was indicted on one count of Attempted Trespass in a Habitation When a Person is Present or Likely to be Present and one count of Domestic Violence. On or about August 20, 2016, he allegedly attempted to trespass in a habitation in Archbold when a person was present or likely to be present. He also allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.
Albert R. Merillat, age 27, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Trespass in a Habitation When a Person is Present or Likely to be Present. On or about August 22, 2016, he allegedly trespassed in a habitation in Wauseon when a person was present or likely to be present.
David P. Mann, age 47, of Delta, was indicted on one count of Illegal Cultivation of Marihuana, one count of Disorderly Conduct, one count of Resisting Arrest, and one count of Harassment With a Bodily Substance. On or about August 19, 2016, he allegedly cultivated marihuana, allegedly resisted arrest, and allegedly caused annoyance to another by allegedly engaging in fighting or violent behavior after a reasonable warning. He also allegedly caused a law enforcement officer to come in contact with a bodily substance by expelling the bodily substance upon the officer.
Jimmy W. Bailey, age 34, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs. On or about May 12, 2016, he allegedly possessed chemicals that may be used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Terry W. Bailey, Jr, age 42, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs. On or about May 12, 2016, he allegedly possessed chemicals that may be used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Jerreme S. Rodriguez, age 27, of New York, NY, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about August 29, 2016, he allegedly possessed amphetamine.
Benjamin B. Gorski, age 29, of Pittsburg, PA, was indicted on one count of Possession of Hashish. On or about August 29, 2016, he allegedly possessed hashish.
Stephanie L. Eckhart, age 28, of Lexington, KY, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about August 27, 2016, she allegedly possessed a drug.
Nicholas L. Hicks, age 19, of Wauseon was indicted on one count of Breaking and Entering and one count of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle. On or about September 7, 2016, he allegedly trespassed on the land of a Wauseon residence and allegedly stole a vehicle.
Rebecca A. Hopper, age 37, of Pettisville, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about April 13, 2016, she allegedly possessed heroin.
Makayla L. Okuley, age 23, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Endangering Children. On or about February 11, 2016, she allegedly possessed heroin and Fentanyl, and allegedly recklessly created a substantial risk to the health or safety of a child by violating a duty or care, protection, or support.
Justin P. Meyer, age 33, of Archbold, was indicted on one count of Possession of Heroin. On or about June 25, 2016, he allegedly possessed heroin.
William C. Hawes, Jr, age 40, of Archbold, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about May 5, 2016, he allegedly possessed methamphetamine.
Corey L. Richardson, age 40, of Toledo, was indicted on seven counts of Burglary, seven counts of Theft, three counts of Grand Theft, one count of Safecracking, one count of Breaking and Entering, two counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability, and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity. On or about September 6, 2016 to September 8, 2016, he allegedly trespassed in several occupied and two unoccupied residences and allegedly stole firearms, blank checks, and other property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $7,500. He also allegedly possessed a firearm when he was not relieved from disability after having been previously convicted of a felony offense. Finally, Mr. Richardson also allegedly participated in the affairs of a enterprise through a pattern of corrupt activity.

Schoch, age 45, of Holland, OH, was indicted on eight counts of Burglary, seven counts of Theft, three counts of Grand Theft, one count of Safecracking, two counts of Breaking and Entering, one count of Aggravated Burglary, two counts of Having Weapons While Under Disability, and one count of Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity. On or about September 6, 2016 to September 8, 2016, he allegedly trespassed in several occupied and two unoccupied residences and allegedly stole firearms, blank checks, and other property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $7,500. James D. Miller, age 35, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Workers’ Compensation Fraud. On or about March 27, 2014 to July 17, 2014, he allegedly and with purpose to defraud, received workers’ compensation benefits to which he was not entitled.
Cecilia M. Williams, age 36, of Fayette, was indicted on one count of Theft and one count of Workers’ Compensation Fraud. On or about March 27, 2014 to July 17, 2014, she allegedly stole property or services valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500. She also allegedly, and with purpose to defraud, received workers’ compensation benefits to which he was not entitled.
Christopher G. Blake, age 29, of Wauseon, was indicted on one count of Theft, one count of Grand Theft, and one count of Having Weapons While Under Disability. On or about July 15, 2016 to August 4, 2016, he allegedly stole a diamond ring valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500 and allegedly stole a firearm. He also allegedly possessed a firearm when he was not relieved from disability after having previously convicted of a felony drug abuse offense.

Rachel R. Hammond, age 26, of Wauseon, was indicted on eight counts of Tampering with Records and one count of Grand Theft. On or about June 2, 2013 to March 31, 2016, she allegedly tampered with records of a governmental entity and allegedly stole food stamps and Medicaid benefits valued at more than $7,500 but less than $150,000.
Grant S. Schroeder, age 30, of Wauseon, was indicted on two counts of Illegal Use of a Minor in a Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance and two counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor. On or about January 5, 2015 to August 6, 2015, he allegedly possessed or viewed materials or performances that showed a minor in a state of nudity. He also allegedly possessed materials that showed a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity.
Brian A. Burns, age 27, of Delta, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about September 16, 2016, he allegedly after having been released on his own recognizance, he failed to appear for his sentencing in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas.
Candance J. Huffman, age 36, of Wauseon, was indicted on two Counts of Vandalism and one count of Endangering Children. On or about the month of January 2016 to April 23, 2016, she allegedly caused physical harm to property that the owner uses in his occupation or profession. She also allegedly created a substantial risk to the health or safety of a child by violating a duty of care, protection, of support.
Jimmy L. Pearson, age 52, of Hammond, IN, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about September 14, 2016, he failed to appear for a pre-trial conference in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas.
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
