Tuesday, February 21 Scoring Summaries

BOYS VARSITY BASKETBALL

Cardinal Stritch 60, Swanton 45

The Bulldogs were not able to keep up down the stretch in this non-league contest. Cardinal Stritch, after scoring 39 points through the first three quarters, connected for 21 points in the fourth to run away with the win. Gunnar Oakes led Swanton with 14 points.


GIRLS VARSITY BASKETBALL

Division III Tournament Action

Holgate 54, Edon 35

The Bombers’ season came to an end in their first round loss to the Tigers. Claire Radabaugh led Edon with 10 points. Karissa Sonneberger, Eliza Zulch, Samantha Wiedmer and Hannah Taylor played in their final game for the Bombers.

Ayersville 50, Montpelier 28


The Aces opened with a 14-3 first quarter advantage on way to their win over the Locos. Montpelier was led by Landri McKelvey with 10 points. Seniors McKelvey, McKenna Quaderer and Stacie Moor played in their final game. The Locos ended their season with a record of 9-14 and 6-6 in the BBC.
