The Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities will be hosting a free Family Forum on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, from 5:00-7:00pm.
This event, open to the public, will provide information on Managed Care options for Medicaid recipients. The event will be held at the Enrichment Center, 11246 State Route 15, Montpelier, and will include food and door prizes.
Ohio’s 5 Managed Care Providers will be on hand to present information to those individuals currently receiving Medicaid and now have the option to select a Managed Care Provider. These providers are Paramount, Molina Healthcare, Buckeye Health Plan, United Healthcare, and CareSource. Managed Care Providers offer many optional benefits not available with traditional Medicaid. In some instances, if an individual does not select a Managed Care Provider, a provider will be selected for you. This information will allow you to make an informed choice.
