Bryan Man Pleads Guilty To Heroin Possession In Fulton County

A Bryan man was sentenced on February 21, 2018, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman,

Nathanial Fuller, 31, of 15108 Co. Rd. 15C, previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin and Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond.

On May 9, 2017, he possessed Heroin, and on September 25, 2017, he failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing,

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Fuller to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substances, abide by an 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 aim, curfew, complete his GED, be gainfully employed, successfully complete the SEARCH Program and all aftercare, and to remain In CCNO until accepted into the SEARCH Program.

Failure to comply could result In Mr. Fuller spending 23 months in prison.
