The Pioneer Library will be holding After School Gaming from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Fridays, starting October 4 and running through April 25. Gaming is open to all school-age children and their families. There are several different gaming systems, the PS2®, the PS3® and the Wii®, available for kids to use.  Board games, chess or checkers, Legos, and KNex are also offered for children to play. Make sure you stop in every Friday and take part of whatever fun activity is being offered. You wouldn’t want to miss a chance to be part of a Mario Kart® or Candy Land® tournament. Light snacks will be provided each week. Parents are asked to pick up their children several minutes prior to the library closing. Gaming will be canceled if school or the library is closed.

The gaming program is in partnership with the 21st Century Grant and North Central Schools.  The Pioneer Library is located at 106 Baubice Street. For more information, contact library manager Rose King at 419-737-2833.
