She enjoyed being around people, cooking, and most of all caring for her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter Tammy Kay, and two brothers, Keith & Don Shelt. Friends will be received from 2-8 PM on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at Barnes Funeral Chapel, 5825 St. Hwy. 109, Delta.

A funeral service honoring Alice will be held at 11 AM on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Delta United Methodist Church with visitation starting at 10 AM.  Pastor Teresa Wenrick will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Delta.

Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider contributions to Community Health Professionals Hospice or Delta United Methodist Church in her memory. A special thanks to Teresa Snyder for all her love and care. Online condolences may be sent to the family through our website atwww.barnesfuneralchapel.com
