Child Support Services Staff WEB(WAUSEON, OH) — Parenting isn’t easy. The next time a child is a source of stress, frustration or anger, pause and take a moment to calm down before reacting. April is Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month, and the Fulton County Job & Family Services- Child Protective Unit is encouraging all residents of Fulton County to “Pause for a Child” and take an active role in making our community a safe place for families and children. Child Abuse and Neglect can occur anywhere. It’s not bound by geography, culture, or socio-economic class. The children of today will become our future of tomorrow. Children are our community’s greatest asset and need protecting. Wear Blue is about the community coming together and standing up to Child Abuse.
