An Archbold man was sentenced on September 6, 2018, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court. according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Brandon Rivera, 28, of 22931 Burlington Gardens, previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Heroin.
Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Rivera to 3 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, successfully complete the Drug Court Program, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, abide by an 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. curfew, and be assessed by Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio for dual diagnosis, and to successfully complete any recommended treatment, Rivera was given credit for days served at CCNO.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. Rivera spending 11 months in prison.
