ARCHBOLD – Bluestreak Brian Burrowes has signed a national letter of intent to further his academic and football career at Siena Heights University in Adrian, MI.

Burrowes, who will be majoring in Exercise Science, considered Adrian College, Wittenberg University and John Carroll University before selecting Siena Heights.

“They just felt like the right choice, being close to home and they have a very competitive program”, said Burrowes.

“I enjoyed the recruiting process and loved being able to prove to coaches that I can compete at the next level. I’m glad I was able to get it finalized.”

Burrowes was a three-time All-NWOAL center and a three-time All-District selection at center.

“I encourage everyone that has an opportunity to play at the next level to do it. I was lucky enough to get an athletic scholarship and you never know what could happen if you put yourself out there”, added the Archbold senior.
