Arthur “Joe” Collins, age 50, of Swanton passed away November 23, 2016 in his home. Mr. Collins was formerly employed by the Dana Corporation and had also owned and operated Toledo Hydroponics.
Mr. Collins was born in Houston, Texas on August 13, 1966 the son of Arthur Joe and Patsy Ruth (Jones) Collins. He was a US Army veteran.
Surviving are is children; Chris (Dawn) Collins, Desirae Hall and Arthur Collins Jr. Also surviving is his Mother; Patsy Heath and 5 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Sunday January 15, 2017 at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home in Wauseon. Burial will follow in the Wauseon Union Cemetery.
