The female Athlete of the Week is Bryan softball player Thea Staten. Last week, Staten tossed three no-hitters and totaled 55 strikeouts in 24 innings of work. At the plate, she was 12-19 with four home runs, 18 RBIs, and had a walk-off double in a win over Hilltop.
