The male Athlete of the Week is Edgerton track athlete Ty Leppelmeier. In a dual meet at Montpelier on April 9, Leppelmeier set a new school record in the discus with a throw of 168-1. At the Bryan Invitational on April 2, he broke the school record in the shot put with a toss of 54-00.50. Both school records had stood for over 40 years.
