Rosemary (Mihuc) and Lyle Hug are celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary. After the sparks flew at Cold Springs in Hamilton, Indiana, the couple were married October 12th, 1963 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Blakeslee with Father Dale Wernert officiating. Their loving family includes Lisa, Kalli, Kerri and Andy, Heidi and Don, Chad and Jayma, Holly and Bobby, and Corey and Kristin. They are also blessed with twelve grandchildren. Rose and Lyle have lived at the family farm during the course of their entire marriage. Lyle is actively farming, while Rose is enjoying retirement from ODOT. They will be celebrating this special event with their family, as well as renewing their vows October 12th at the Blakeslee Church at 4:00 pm.
