WAUSEON – Cade Brenner poured in 25 points to lead the way for Archbold (1-0) as they pulled out a 58-53 non-league win at Wauseon.
Jayden Seiler registered 15 and Micah Nofziger had 10 for the Bluestreaks, who outscored Wauseon 15-8 at the charity stripe.
Wauseon (0-1) senior Tyson Rodriguez recorded 18 to pace the Indians and Nicholas Stinner added 14.
