PETTISVILLE – One night after clinching a share of the BBC title, the Blackbirds used a 31-14 second half to beat Wauseon for the first time since the 2009-2010 season.

Jack Leppelmeier topped a trio of Blackbirds (14-7) in double figures with 19 points while Joey Ripke and Johnny Fenton had 12 each. Tyson Rodriguez netted 14 points for Wauseon (12-9).
