On July 16, 2020, a Fulton County Common Pleas Court jury found Theresa Taylor, age 64, of Bryan, Ohio, guilty of five counts of Cruelty to a Companion Animal.
A Fulton County Grand Jury had previously Indicted Ms. Taylor for the August 13 through August 29, 2019 offenses, when she was the owner of a dog kennel, she did torment, cruelly beat, and did commit acts of cruelty against dogs.
The jury of 8 men and 4 women deliberated approximately three and a half hours before returning their guilty verdict. The case was prosecuted by Fulton County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Paul H. Kennedy, and Ms. Taylor was represented by Whitehouse attorney, Joseph Urenovltch.
This charge was the result of an investigation conducted by the Fulton County Dog Warden.

I hope this woman is monitored to make sure that she never, ever is allowed to own or care for another animal.
Many times people convicted of animal cruelty are fined, but then no one monitors them to make sure they don’t acquire animals again and go back to their cruel ways.
No doubt she is a troubled person but that does not excuse what she has done. To be unkind to another living creature in one’s care is a violation of our duty as humans to be kind stewards of sentient beings on this planet.
Good thing they weren’t my dogs! That woman would learn how it feels to be treated like that!
She needs to do time!!!!
