Wauseon, OH – With Carrollton, The Craguns and many other talented individuals and groups scheduled to perform at the 2016 Fulton County Fair – fairgoers will have the opportunity to enjoy plenty of inspirational music again this year at the Eunice Tedrow Gospel Building at the Fair in Wauseon.

“We are thrilled to be welcoming such talented Christian music groups to the Fulton County Fair again this year,” shared Nancy Krieger, Fulton County Music Ministries (FCCMM) Board President. “With Carrollton performing on Sunday, September 4 at 5:00 p.m., The Craguns singing Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., Bishop Thomas leading a Catholic mass Saturday evening at 7:30 p.m. and a wide variety of local musicians performing throughout the week – we are excited about all the 2016 Fair has to offer.”

A highlight of this year’s performances will be the Sunday evening performance at 5:00 p.m. featuring the group Carrollton. Halfway between their hometowns of Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky, is the small town of Carrollton, OH. Although only a little over 3,000 people call it home, for Justin Mosteller (lead vocals and guitar), Michael Loy (drums), and Jordan Bailey (bass) it signifies their brotherly bond, their music, and their namesake. Justin and Jeremy live in Cincinnati, while Michael and Jordan call Louisville home. The quaint town of Carrollton is their breath of fresh air on the road and the hope-filled reminder of the places they call home. Previously performing under the moniker Mosteller, Justin’s last name, the band went through more than 100 possible names before landing on Carrollton. As the group performs, they hope to bring listeners on a journey with them through powerful, faith-filled lyrics and driving beats. Carrollton’s second album, Sunlight and Shawdows, is set to release yet this fall.

“The message of what we’re doing is that we believe God is with us in the good and the bad, and often in the mundane in-between,” the group members shared. “We’re trying to share that with people. We just want to put our hearts out there and see hope rise up.” To learn more about Carrollton visit their website at carrolltonband.com
The Craguns will be performing at the Fair on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. The Craguns are comprised of husband and wife, Jordan and Elena Cragun, Ray Cragun (Jordan’s Father) and Nick Adams (Cousin). Jordan and Elena Cragun got their start in Gospel music in Idaho where Jordan toured for 4 years with Liberty Quartet. It was during those years that God started revealing to Jordan and Elena that one day they would minister together as a family. Jordan resigned from Liberty in February 2013. During this same period, Jordan’s father Ray, felt led to resign his head pastoral position, which he had held for nearly 20 years. After a year of prayer, planning and waiting patiently on God’s leading, The Craguns are making their debut! At a Craguns concert you can expect to laugh, be challenged and leave encouraged! The Cragun Family is absolutely committed to effectively ministering the Gospel through song. They will do this through Spirit filled, Christ honoring, musical excellence for people of all ages! The Cragun name may be relatively new to the Gospel music scene, but it is a name that will soon become synonymous with great Gospel music!

Thanks to the help of local contractors and many generous volunteers and donors, the new Gospel Music Building at the Fulton County Fair has some new guest amenities – providing fairgoers an ideal place to enjoy inspirational music for years to come! From the new heating and air-conditioning system to a beautiful new steeple . . . this Gospel Music Building is an amazing addition to the Fulton County Fair! To allow even more guests to enjoy the performances planned for this year, a tent will be set-up outside the building to allow space for additional seating.
