MONTPELIER: June 6 – Kennedy Caudill pitched four innings of one-run ball and her offense did the rest as Montpelier Civic blasted Stryker by a 13-6 score.
Caudill went the first four innings, and was relieved by Halie Rose for the final frame.
Maya Taylor had a double for Montpelier, with Paige Garcia and Sonja Alivira each getting a pair of singles. Caudill, Rose, Ashley Caudill and MaKayla Fairchild each had a single for Civic.
