How to embrace slower living. Consider what you already love doing. There are the things we’ve always loved doing, whether time just flies by, and we are completely wrapped up in it.

We feel energized, purposeful, and contact after that–it definitely doesn’t feel like a waste of time. Slowing down can feel difficult for so many people because they struggle with creating the time, energy, and headspace for it.

It’s really about re-jiggering your space in some parts of your life and adding some color, purpose, and joy into it. Because life isn’t just about the work you do, you are more than that. What is slow living?

“Slow living as a lifestyle emphasizing slower approaches to aspects of everyday life”. — we all want to slow down and capture the moments that truly matter. It’s a difficult thing to do, given the daily demands that we face each day. We all feel SO busy, trying to catch up with our goals, responsibilities, and commitments.

Slow living takes a calmer and a balanced approach to life. It’s about being intentional with your time, where you can find that you have control over it, and not allow time to control you.

Stillness is what aims the archers arrow. It inspires new ideas. It sharpens perspective illuminates connections. Stillness is the key. Act less and more time.

Doing this won’t leave you behind other people and some race to success. The simple thing is to do whatever you do with passion and creativity.

Instead of spending less time on important things to get more things done, try to give more time to a single thing. If you spend more time on something important, you’ll actually get things done.

However, spending less time on important things would only make you more stressed out, and you will get less work done. This helps you in maintaining focus on each activity through its dedicated time and not wasting any idle time, all the while not being too quick and losing focus by trying to do multiple activities at once.

Slowing down is much like being mindful of the moment and of your time that’s very precious to you and to others. Slowing down reminds us to be present and grateful for the time that we do have.

Please understand when I share and write this valuable information I am learning, growing, and expanding my own awakening, light and knowledge to expand within. I pray that for all of you as well—becoming to yourself.

We are all really just seeking wholeness and connection to the Earth and to oneself and to each other. My greatest hopes and prayers are that we can all share and encourage each other to live a happier, healthier, vibrant life.
