Defiance County Prosecutor Announces Sentencings For Drugs, Weapons, & Assault

PRESS RELEASE – Defiance County Prosecuting Attorney Morris Murray has announced the release of the following information regarding certain pending Criminal matters:

Prosecutor Murray has announced that Barret J.C. Ramsey, a 20-year-old Oakwood man, was sentenced to prison for Two Counts of Attempted Felonious Assault, each a Felony of the Third Degree.

Barret J.C. Ramsey-age 20-Sentenced for Two Counts of Attempted Felonious Assault-F3’s to a total of 48 months at ODRC, 313 days jail credit, TPO dissolved, costs.

THE FOLLOWING PERSONS WERE BROUGHT BEFORE THE DEFIANCE COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT FOR ARRAIGNMENT ON FELONY MATTERS:

Duane A. Larkin-age 51-Not Guilty plea, OR bond, pre-trial 11/17/25 @ 1:30 p.m.

TJ A. Tressler-age 41-Not Guilty pleas, $1 million cash bond w/10% allowed, TPO, pre-trial 11/10/25 @ 1 p.m.

Anthony L. Parcher-age 34-Not Guilty pleas, $50,000 cash bond w/10% allowed, TPO & No Contact Order, pre-trial 11/12/25 @ 10:15 a.m.

Daniel L. Mohr-age 51-Not Guilty pleas, $100,000 cash bond w/10% allowed, TPO & No Contact Order, pre-trial 11/12/25 @ 9:15 a.m.

Andrea R. Taylor-age 34-Guilty plea to Corrupting Another with Drugs-F4, PSI ordered, sentencing 12/18/25 @ 2 p.m.

Andrea N. Morrow-age 46-Guilty plea to Aggravated Possession of Drugs-F5, PSI ordered, sentencing 12/17/25 @ 10:30 a.m.

THE FOLLOWING PERSONS HAVE RECENTLY BEEN SENTENCED IN THE DEFIANCE COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT:

Deborah L. Myers-age 64-Sentenced for Aggravated Possession of Drugs-F5 to 2 years CCS with 12 months at ODRC reserved in the event of a violation of CCS, no bars/alcohol, not obtain/possess/use cannabis or cannabis products, costs. (On May 31, 2025, during a traffic stop on Power Dam Rd., in Defiance, Myers was found in possession of Methamphetamine, a Schedule II drug.)

Robert T. Boroff-age 32-Sentenced for Aggravated Possession of Drugs-F5 to 2 years CCS with 12 months at ODRC reserved in the event of a violation of CCS, no bars/alcohol, not use/possess/consume any cannabis products, costs. (On September 3, 2024, during a traffic stop on W. Second St., in Defiance, Boroff was found in possession of Methamphetamine, a Schedule II drug.)

Kalib M. Craig-age 26-Sentenced for Two Counts of Gross Sexual Imposition-F4’s to 3 years of Intensive Supervision Probation with 36 months at ODRC reserved in the event of a violation of CCS, no bars/alcohol, not use/possess/consume any cannabis products, no contact with victim, TPO dissolved, was classified as a Tier I sex offender – requiring registration for a period of 15 years, costs.

Leopoldo T. Suarez III-age 46-Sentenced for Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address-F4 to 2 years CCS with 18 months at ODRC reserved in the event of a violation of CCS, no bars/alcohol, not obtain/possess/use cannabis or cannabis products, costs. (From April 15, 2025, through May 20, 2025, Suarez failed to notify the sheriff’s office of his change of address, as required, and he has a prior conviction of Corruption of a Minor.)

Kevin M. Neathery-age 47-Sentenced for Importuning-F5 to 2 years of Intensive Supervision Probation with 12 months at ODRC reserved in the event of a violation of CCS, no bars/alcohol, not use/possess/consume any cannabis products, no unsupervised contact with juveniles, was classified as a Tier I sex offender – requiring registration for a period of 15 years, costs.
