DEFIANCE – Wauseon fell behind 4-0 before a Thad Reckner three-run homer in the second gave the Indians the lead in a 13-8 win over Evergreen in the first round of the District 1 ACME tournament at Defiance.
Maddox Schneider added to the Wauseon attack with a pair of hits and three runs batted in. Bryce Bolger had a double and single for the Vikings.
