The Dover Glen community just outside of Wauseon is under new ownership. Purchased on December 10th, 2021, Four Leaf Properties bought the area to continue with the good work already done, while also having the opportunity to expand.

The company celebrated their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Wauseon Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 23rd.

The celebration also highlights work that has been done since the purchase back in December. A new street called East and West Harper has been put in.

This street will facilitate an additional 29 lots for home development. Currently, orders are being fulfilled to receive 5 to 8 homes per month in order to accommodate the area’s needs, and these new open lots.

Land will also be used directly across the street in order to create a new spot for 150 additional lots.

Currently, the hope is to have these lots ready for new homes by around the same time next year, although that is subject to change.

Four Leaf Properties is one of the top manufactured home community owners in the US. Numerous States currently are home to Four Lead communities with each one working to build a “four-star community.”

“We are excited to build and expand our Dover Glen community. We have new homes available in the community.”

“Models are open and available for touring, and we are excited to deliver a lifestyle experience for our residents,” said Lisa Lane with Four Leaf Properties.

The area of Dover Glen has already started its expansion and will see work to expand the new area in the not-too-distant future.

If you are interested in taking a tour or would like to find out more information about the Dover Glen community, they can be reached at 567-287-9964 or by going to 14900 County Road H in Wauseon.
