The Dover Township Board of Trustees met in regular session on Monday, June 29, 2026, to discuss an upcoming road surfacing project.
Trustees Brett Wyse, Steve Gustwiller, Owen Borton, and Fiscal Officer Dianne Valentine were in attendance.
During the maintenance report, trustees reviewed fuel usage logs and noted that roadside mowing was underway throughout the township. Gustwiller will also review township roads during the coming month.
A planned resurfacing of County Road K is underway. Trustees considered whether asphalt grindings from the project could be reused elsewhere within the township. Wyse will contact the Fulton County Engineer’s Office to gather additional information.
Trustees also noted a public hearing will be held on July 21, 2026, with the Regional Planning Commission.
With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:26 p.m. The next Dover Township meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
