The Edgerton Village Council took the following actions during the July 18 meeting.
Approved the second reading of a resolution authorizing Interim Administrator/Fiscal Officer as a delegate to represent the village as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Municipal Electric Association.
Approved a proposal to participate in the Williams County Land Bank.
Appointed Tom Flegal to the Village of Edgerton Records Commission.
Mayor Bowsher thanked Kevin Brooks for his service as administrator and that the three-month contract would terminate July 31.
