The Village of Edgerton Planning Commission met for nine minutes on October 26, 2023, to discuss the splitting of a lot.
A resident, about to sell their house, wanted to split their lot in so that their neighbor could take possession of a shop / garage out-building built on the far edge of it.
The lot after being split in the desired way aligns perfectly with code compliance, and the commission agreed that it was no issue to split the lot in this instance.
Village administration was then tasked with seeing the lot formally split for the sale before they adjourned at 4:09 p.m.
