Eli Letcher, son of Kurt and Robyn Letcher, of Edgerton, Ohio, has earned an elite academic scholarship to attend Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Letcher, a senior at Edgerton High School, will pursue a degree in computer science at Indiana Tech. He, along with other elite scholarship recipients, received his award at a banquet in Fort Wayne on Friday, March 4. He will receive the Engineering and Computer Sciences Scholarship that is $15,000 for his freshman year, and $15,000 for each of the next three years, provided he meets the school’s academic criteria. Letcher is a member of the National Honor Society, as well as a section leader in the band. In his free time, Letcher enjoys reading.
