EDON BOARD OF EDUCATION: Board Holds Special Meeting For Personnel Discussion

A special meeting of the Edon Board of Education was held on April 22 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting started first with the Pledge of Allegiance. Roll call followed, taken by Treasurer/CFO Deb Nester.

All members were in attendance and are as follows: President Cody Best, Vice President Jamie Schaffter, Ashley Reed, Patty Eicher, and David Wehrle. Also in attendance was Superintendent Anthony Stevens.


Immediately following roll call a motion was made to enter into executive session for personnel discussion at 6:01 p.m.

Upon return at 6:49 a motion was made by Schaffter to approve a one-year contract for Maryellen Bliss. The motion was seconded by Eicher and approved by all.

A motion to adjourn was made by Eicher, seconded by Wehrle and approved by all with the special meeting adjourning at 6:50 p.m.
