September 4th-EDON: In junior high volleyball action, the Edon Bombers took on the Eagles of North Central on Thursday.
The Seventh Grade match was all Edon. The Bombers dropped North Central in straight sets. In game 1, the Eagles put up a fight, but were bested 13-25 by Edon. The second set saw the Bombers dominate North Central, taking a 25-3 win.
Eighth Grade had the inverse result, with North Central earning the victory. Both sets were hotly contested, and both ended with the Lady Eagles winning 25-22.
