(September 16th, 2014)-WAUSEON: The Edon Bombers made the long trip to Ironwood Golf Course to take on the Blackbirds of Pettisville. The trek was worthwhile for Edon, as returned home with a rather convincing victory under their collective belt. The Bombers took down Pettisville 191-236.

It was Alex Kirkingburg who paved the way to the Bomber win, earning medalist status by firing a 45. Edon teammate Jim Peckham ws just behind him, managing a 46 on the day. Hayden Runyan and Tanner Pietrykowski added 50s to the Edon total.

Matt Krill shot the lowest score for the Blackbirds with a 47. Evan King put up a 48 on Pettisville’s behalf as well. Teammates Hannah Meller and Andrew Canada offered up a 63 and a 78, respectively, to the team’s score.
