Elaine K. Graber, age 82, of Stryker, Ohio, passed away July 30, 2020 at the Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. Prior to her retirement, Elaine worked as the secretary at the Stryker Elementary School.
Elaine, the daughter of Clinton and Orlyss (Short) Short, was born on October 18, 1937. She was a member of the Stryker Class of 1955. On January 14, 1961, Elaine married the love of her life, Dave, and he survives.
Elaine was an active member at Pine Grove Mennonite Church, and loved music, her family, and babysitting her grandchildren.
Surviving Elaine is her husband, Dave; son, Mark (Linda) Graber of Archbold; son, Rick (Deb) Graber of Pettisville; and daughter, Amy (James) Bennett of Maumee. She is also survived by her grandchildren Brad Graber, Claire Graber, Ben (Rachael) Graber, Josh Graber, Mikayla Graber, Max Bennett, and Molly Bennett. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all services will be private with burial at the Lockport Cemetery. Pastor Gary Stuckey and Pastor Nick Woodall will officiate the services.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Adriel School in Archbold (22897 US-20A, Archbold, Ohio 43502). Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.grisierfh.com.
