Eleven Indictments Handed Down By Williams County Grand Jury

(PRESS RELEASE) – On May 13, 2024, the Williams County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Williams County crimes, according to the Williams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Those indicted included:

-Tammy M. Cupp on two accounts of Aggravated Vehicular Assault and one account of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence Of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them.


-Bohdi W. Davis on three accounts of Illegal Use of Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance, one account of Importuning, and one account of Attempted Unlawful Sexual Conduct With A Minor.

-Timothy M. Heinze on two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-Michael F. Green on one account of Corrupting Another with Drugs, one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one account of Possessing Criminal Tools.

-Tyler D. Henne on one account of Harassment with a Bodily Substance and one account of Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Drug of Abuse or a Combination of Them.


-Melissa K. Parsons on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-April L. Miller on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-Charles L. Osburn III on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-Andrew L. Wiler on one account of Possession of L.S.D. and one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.


-Michelle L. AlHusseiny on two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-Joshua D. Maag on account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

*It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
