The North Central Future Farmers of America (FFA) chamber held a speaking competition Saturday, February 13. In this contest, students drew four topics from different categories and selected one of the topics to write a speech on. Once they had selected their topic, the students had thirty minutes to research their topic and compose a speech on it.
Congratulations to Leah Carothers who won first place in the Williams and Defiance County group and Kennadi McCain who tied for fifth in the same group.
