FAYETTE: January 18, 2014 – The Fayette Eagles, trailing by six at the end of three periods, went off on a 17-8 fourth quarter run behind Joel Smith to quash the Holgate Tiger JVs by a 33-30 final.
Danial Michael drained 13 points to lead all scorers, with Smith landing 9 of his 11 in the fourth. Casen Burkholder posted 6 points, Dylan Stannard had 2, and Michael Brubaker added a free throw.
