(January 15th, 2015 – FAYETTE: In Buckeye Border Conference (BBC) Junior Varsity action, Fayette hosted Pettisville. The Eagles stood ready to defend their home court against the Blackbirds, and it showed in the game’s final result.
Winning the contest by 12 points, the Fayette boys established themselves as a legitimate power in the BBC. These two outstanding programs are always at or near the top of the conference, and that begins with great junior high and junior varsity programs. Such a convincing win over Pettisville’s Junior Varsity team can only mean good things for the Eagles in the future.
The final score of the game was 37-25.
