Other departments shown include Saint Rita’s Medical Center from January 4th, 2022, to January 27th, 2022, Spencerville Police Department from November 15th, 2021, to January 22nd, 2022, and the Ada Police Department from June 23rd, 2021, to October 27th, 2021.

Reasons for separation were stated as resignation – other (mandatory explanation is required), resignation – in lieu of termination, and resignation – in good standing (no pending discipline).

Wehrly is currently facing two counts of 1st Degree Misdemeanor Assault in the Napoleon Municipal Court after police were called to Wehrly’s residence for a fight during a party.

Court records show that a not guilty plea was entered on November 4th along with pre-trial preparations scheduled.

A request for comment has been sent to Fayette Police Chief Richard Bingham and Village Law Director Robert Bohmer. An update will be provided when a response is given.
