On August 19th, 2014 Fayette Local Staff held their In-Service Day at Camp Palmer with the theme of Team Building. Teachers, administration, cafeteria, and custodial staff spent the day broken up into mixed groups from the various departments strengthening their team building skills through a series of challenging and rewarding activities. With all the changes affecting education in the state of Ohio, we wanted to step back from the initiatives and appreciate that by working together we can achieve more and that any task asked of us is easier by working together.
