Four County Career Center celebrated the annual Wall of Fame/Distinguished Service Award induction program at the Fall Advisory Dinner.
Ellie Cichocki, Retired Workforce Development/Job Placement Coordinator, served as Master of Ceremonies.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Jenae Kinsman, a Law Enforcement & Security Tactics student from Archbold, and a Student Ambassador. Superintendent Jeffrey Slattery gave special introductions and thank yous.
The Invocation was led by Izack Badenhop, a Business & Financial Services student from Patrick Henry, and a Student Ambassador.
Four County Career Center honored six graduates from the Career Center who have had success in their careers and who will serve as outstanding representatives for the school at the 25th annual “Wall of Fame” awards program.
This was also the 9th year for the “Distinguished Service Award” presented to the individual who has displayed on-going dedication and commitment to the Career Center and to the communities served by the Career Center.
This year’s recipient is Dave Kleck, News/Sports Director for WNDH Radio. Dave lives in Napoleon with his wife, LouAnn and they have two children and three grandchildren.

Keith Buehrer came to the Career Center from Napoleon High School and enrolled in the Building Trades/Carpentry program from which he graduated in 1972. Keith is currently Retired and Past Co-Owner of Mock-Buehrer Builders, M&B Rentals, and Upriver Developers. Keith lives in Napoleon with his wife, Nancy, and they have four children and nine grandchildren.
Jean (Bortz) Dietrich attended the Career Center from Holgate High School and graduated in 1989 in the Cosmetology program. Jean is currently the owner/operator of Cutting Edge Hair & Tanning Salon. She lives in Holgate with her husband, Dan, and they have two children.
David Perry enrolled at the Career Center from Liberty Center High School, entered the Automotive Technologies program, and graduated in 1971. He is the Owner of Dave’s Auto Service and lives in Liberty Center. He is married to Becky, and they have two children and nine grandchildren.
Dylan Shaw came to the Career Center from Fairview High School, entered the Hospitality Services program, and graduated in 2015. He is currently the Customer Service Manager at Chief Supermarket and resides in Sherwood with his parents.

Toby Spengler enrolled at the Career Center from Archbold High School and graduated in 2004 in the Electrical program. Toby is currently the owner of Spengler Electric. He lives in Wauseon with his wife, Megan, and they have five children.
Shannon (Lyman) Tomaszewski attended the Career Center from Edon High School, entered the Computer Accounting program, and graduated in 1991. She is currently the owner of Bean Counter, LLC, and lives in Bryan. She has two children.
A picture/plaque of each “Wall of Fame” and “Distinguished Service Award” recipient will be placed in the main entrance at Four County Career Center.
A special “Thank You” is extended to all area businesses who continue to employ Career Center students and give them the opportunity to succeed.
