FCCC Holds Wall Of Fame/Distinguished Service Award Induction Ceremony

Four County Career Center celebrated the annual Wall of Fame/Distinguished Service Award induction program at the Fall Advisory Dinner.

Vicki Cameron, Science Instructor, served as Master of Ceremonies. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Lily Lubinski, a Law Enforcement & Security Tactics student from Liberty Center, and a Student Ambassador.

Superintendent Jeffrey Slattery gave special introductions and thank yous. The Invocation was led by Quinn Stickley, an Exercise Science & Sports Medicine student from Pettisville, and a Student Ambassador.

Four County Career Center honored six graduates from the Career Center who have had success in their careers and who will serve as outstanding representatives for the school at the 26th annual “Wall of Fame” awards program.

This was also the 10th year for the “Distinguished Service Award” presented to the individual who has displayed on-going dedication and commitment to the Career Center and to the communities served by the Career Center.

This year’s recipient is Niki Mosier, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Vice President-Human Capital at Spangler Candy Company. Niki lives in Bryan with her spouse, Griff and they have two children, Andy and Logan.

Other graduates honored included:

Daniel Baldwin came to the Career Center from Delta High School and enrolled in the Secretarial Services program from which he graduated in 1993. Daniel is currently the Library Director at the Wauseon Public Library. Daniel lives in Holland, Ohio.

Tyler Conmay attended the Career Center from Napoleon High School and graduated in 2018 in the Law Enforcement & Security Tactics program. Tyler is currently a Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputy. He lives in Plain City, Ohio.

Michael Dopp, Jr. enrolled at the Career Center from Evergreen High School, entered the Auto Collision Repair program and graduated in 2002. He is an Auto Collision Technician at Caliber Collision and lives in Stryker. He is married to Tracy and they have twin daughters.

Angie Girdham came to the Career Center from Edgerton High School, entered the Floral Design/Landscaping program and graduated in 1994. She is currently the Campus Horticulturist & Arboretum Director at Hillsdale College and lives in Hillsdale, Michigan with her husband, Shawn.

Justin Groves enrolled at the Career Center from Edon High School and graduated in 2001 in the Automotive Technologies program. Justin is currently the Fixed Operations Director at Stillwell Ford. He lives in Pioneer with his wife, Christina and they have two daughters.

Grace Norden, DVM, attended the Career Center from Napoleon High School, entered the Veterinary Assisting program and graduated in 2015. She is currently the Associate Veterinarian at Northwest Veterinary Hospital and lives in Delta.

A picture/plaque of each “Wall of Fame” and “Distinguished Service Award” recipient will be placed in the main entrance at Four County Career Center.

A special “Thank You” is extended to all area businesses who continue to employ Career Center students and give them the opportunity to succeed.
