Four County Career Center is thrilled to announce that three of our Health Careers students recently attended the International Leadership Conference of HOSA – Future Health Professionals in Houston, Texas.

(Pictured LEFT TO RIGHT) Brooklyn Fry (Patrick Henry) competed in Nursing Assisting, Sofia Rodriguez (Evergreen) showcased her skills in Personal Care, and Halle Six (Bryan) participated in the Job Seeking Skills competition.

These talented students joined their peers from across the nation, participating in international-level skill competitions during HOSA’s 47th International Leadership Conference.

HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of ACTE.

HOSA’s mission is two-fold: to promote career opportunities in the healthcare industry and to enhance the delivery of quality healthcare to all people. We are proud of our students’ achievements and their dedication to their future careers in health care.

Four County Career Center HOSA advisors, Donna Badenhop, Robin Hill, and Mike Nye, have been instrumental in guiding and supporting these students.
