Four County Career Center BOE Accepts Two Resignations

The March Meeting of the Four County Career Center Board of Education was held on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

As part of the Treasurer’s Report, the Board accepted and/or approved the following items:

•February Meeting Minutes.

•Financial statements and investments for the month of February 2021 as presented.


•Appropriation Modifications as presented.

•Transfer from the General Fund.

•Cost sheets, uniform vendors and voluntary participation in additional clubs for the 2021-22 school year.


•Participation in the OHI Workers’ Compensation Group Rating Program for 2022.

As part of the Superintendent’s Report, the board accepted and/or approved the following items:

•Resignation for the purpose of retirement for Amy Haver, English Instructor.

•Resignation of Kristan Norden for the purpose of accepting the position of “Job Training Coordinator” for the 2020-2021 school year.


•A three-year contract for Marsha Heilman, Cafeteria Supervisor.

•An unpaid leave of absence for Jill Westhoven effective March 15, 2021 – August 15, 2021.

•An unpaid leave of absence for Regina Gallardo effective February 24, 2021 – August 15, 2021.

•Employment of Nurse Aide Clinical Instructors as presented.

•2021-22 Textbooks as presented.

•Post-COVID leave MOU, effective January 1, 2021.

Upcoming meetings involving members of the Four County Career Center Board of Education include the regular April Board Meeting on April 15, 2021, 6:30 p.m., in the Board Room at Four County Career Center.
