PHOTO PROVIDED / THE VILLAGE REPORTER BLOWOUT … This picture shows a blowout/washout caused by broken down tile. This is one such area that has seen issues prompting a petition for work to be done for Ditch 2146 – upper Turkeyfoot Creek. The petition was submitted by Clinton Township in hopes the tile line would be replaced. The line was installed in 1902 and only had a service life of 50 years. This picture was presented in a presentation for the project.
