FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Approve Payment Plan For Northeast Water System

The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, October 11th.

The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer. Commissioners first moved to approve the minutes from the October 6th meeting as well as the agenda as presented.

Approval of the bills took place next along with reviews of the following items.

The amended certificate of estimated resources for September 2022, a certificate of non-compliance, the treasurer to auditor balancing report, and a letter from the Ohio EPA regarding the Brownfield Remediation Grant Award for Eagle Pitcher. The following agenda items were then approved.

– Resolution 2022-697 for the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.

– Resolution 2022-698 to approve payment request #2 to R.G. Zachrich for Bridge D11.4 Replacement.

– Resolution 2022-699 to approve contract 2022-94 with Delta United Methodist Church for the Satellite Center on behalf of the Senior Center.

– Resolution 2022-700 to approve Payment Plan Agreement 2022-95 for the Northeast Water System.

– Resolution 2022-701 to approve the 2023 Salary Line Adjustment.

– Resolution 2022-702 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.

With no further business to attend to the commissioners moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:06 a.m.

The commissioners held their second meeting of the week on Thursday, October 13th.

The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer. Commissioners first approved the minutes from the October 11th meeting as well as the current agenda.

A review then took place of the September 2022 investment report. The following agenda items were then approved.

– Resolution 2022-705 for the increase and transfer of appropriations for various departments.

– Resolution 2022-706 to approve a waiver of ALS Charges.

– Resolution 2022-707 enter into Contract 2022-96 with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly for

Professional Services for obstruction lighting and tree clearing at the airport.

– Resolution 2022-708 enter into Contract 2022-97 with Fayette United Methodist

Church on behalf of the Senior Center for the Satellite Center.

– Resolution 2022-709 to approve oversight of Amendment #1 to Contract 2022-52 with The National Youth Advocate Program Agreement on behalf of the JFS.

– Resolution 2022-710 to approve oversight of Amendment #1 to 2022-31 with Ohio Teaching Family Association on behalf of the JFS.

– Resolution 2022-711 to approve oversight of Amendment #1 to Contract 2022-47 with A Place Called Home Youth Services on behalf of the JFS.

– Resolution 2022-712 to approve oversight of Amendment #1 to Contract 2022-7 with Community Teaching Homes on behalf of the JFS.

– Resolution 2022-713 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.

With no further business to attend to the commissioners moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 a.m.
