FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Commissioners Approve Several Agenda Items

The Fulton County Commissioners held their meeting on Tuesday, October 31st. The meeting began at 8:59 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Minutes from the meeting held on October 26th were then approved along with the current agenda and payment of the bills.

Reviews were then conducted of the Dog Warden reports for periods ending September 30th and October 7th, correspondence from the Ohio Department of Health with respect to the 2024 CMH Maximum Financial Liability, and Treasurer’s 2023 DTAC Report. The following agenda items were then approved.

– Resolution 2023-810 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2023-811 Award Bid for Ditch Improvement Project 2148-Barclay.

– Resolution 2023-812 Authorize Board President to Execute Final Draw Requests for New Road Construction Project at Nature Fresh Farms.

– Resolution 2023-813 Approve Inter-County Transfer for JFS.

– Resolution 2023-814 Approve Personnel Request on Behalf of JFS.

– Resolution 2023-815 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

Conversations then shifted to discussions regarding budgets for the Board of DD and Board of Elections before it was moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:48 a.m.
